½ Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Tablespoon Avocado
1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese
½ Cup Raw Almonds
¼ Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
1 Tablespoon Plain WPI ( I Use Coles Simply)
300 ml Water & Crushed Ice
A Little Raw Honey to taste ( if you like it sweeter)
Method:
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. ENJOY!
